The Reservation Fee is non-refundable. Do not worry though because this payment will be deducted on the total price.

3. Completely filled up and signed 'Buyer Information Sheet'. (For married, both spouses must fill up and sign.)
4. Signed 'Specimen Signature Form'. (For married, both spouses must sign.)
5. Copy of a government-issued ID. (For married, both spouses must provide.)
